Day 52 - April 30

This week wasn’t the full dive back into training that I was imagining.

My laptop crashing and fighting a stomach bug since Monday have taken some of the excitement out of the week.

Today was better though.

It was the first full training day back in the rhythm I'd been used to. Morning activations and afternoon track with moto pushes and chases. It was a fast day on the track, and I missed this level of speed.

It's good to have a desired outcome, but this week is reminding me to be patient with myself and focus on what I can control.

Building momentum can’t be rushed.
