Training Journal
This is a running record of the work. Training sessions, breakthroughs, and the ordinary days in between. Each entry captures one moment, what it felt like, and what it pointed toward. The journal began during a 90-day training camp at the World Cycling Center in Aigle, Switzerland. As long as the pursuit continues, so does the documentation. If you're building something hard in your own life, you're welcome here. The questions at the end of each entry are for you as much as they are for me.
