Day 17 - March 26
A snow day in Aigle, what a surprise for late March. If there were ever a day to stay in bed sipping hot cocoa, today would've been perfect.
But there was work to be done.
I made the frosty commute to the center in the morning for activation drills, followed by lunch, and one of the toughest track sessions yet.
Four rounds of an all-out thirty-second effort.
I'm still reflecting on the session into this evening.
My 100% didn’t look like what I expected, so I'm questioning whether I really gave it my all, or whether this is simply what my 100% looks like under this training load.
There's a difference between not knowing and knowing you held back.
How honest are you with yourself about the difference between a hard day and a bad effort?
