Day 01 - March 10
All of Sunday was spent packing for my 90-day training camp.
One Suitcase, one bike box, one carry-on, and one backpack. Monday was spent in transit. Tuesday morning I arrived at the World Cycling Center.
I unpacked and built my bike in the afternoon. I was genuinely tired from the travel, and riding the track seemed like a big ask.
I threw my kit on, clipped in, and started rolling slowly around the track.
Immediately I felt the charm of the track again: smooth wooden boards, no wind, and the tight turns.
The exhaustion I walked in with evaporated with each lap.
I could’ve asked to skip the session. My time here is short. This was the jump start I didn’t know I needed.
What did you show up for today, even reluctantly?
